Studio Session – R1050

  • Our model portfolios are done in studio only.
  • At least 5 to 6 different outfits are required, with all accessories for each outfit. e.g. hats, earrings,scarfs etc.
  • The model needs to be able to change hair styles during the session.
  • Shoes to be worn with each outfit
  • Make up to be age appropriate.
  • 1 to 1.5 hours required for this session.
  • All edited, high resolutions photos will be supplied on CD only.


Z-Cards available on request. Z-Cards are charged separately at R25 per card.

Terms & Conditions for Bookings

All packages will require a deposit being paid as confirmation of your booking. This deposit is payable within 48hours after confirming your selected package as well as your booking date and time with our studio. The deposit amount varies depending on your selected package and you will receive an invoice detailing the package and the date and time of your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your Final Invoice which will be sent to you once editing has been complete and uploaded for preview onto our website.

Should the deposit not be paid within 48hours you will forfeit the booking date and your will need to request a new booking date and time.

Should you wish to cancel a booking you must do so, no later than 2 days (48hours), prior to your scheduled session date. If you cancel a booking within this time frame you will receive a full refund or you can choose to book a new session date in which case we will use your deposit for the new date.

 Should you cancel your session less than 2 days (48 hours) before you booking date you will forfeit your deposit and should you wish to book a new session date you will be required to pay a new deposit.
If you have scheduled a studio session and you are 10minutes (or more) late for your appointment you will also forfeit your deposit and loose your booking. You will be contacted by one of our representatives to inform you that your session has been cancelled and should you wish to make a new appointment you will also be required to pay a new deposit for your next session.
In cases of emergencies, such as death in the immediate family, and at the sole discretion of Mark Davies Photography, where you need to cancel a session less than 2 days before your booking date, we will allow the deposit amount to be moved to a new session date. We will however not refund this deposit amount, it is only available for a new booking date of the same type of package you originally intended to take.

If you qualify for a refund of your deposit amount then we will refund the amount only 10 days after receiving a written notice of such cancellation. You can do this either by sending an e-mail or a fax to our studio, including your banking details. Please note that no cash refunds will be given, we will only do an EFT to the given banking details.

By paying a deposit amount you agree to these terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions.

We value your business and your time and respect that you will do the same, we therefore urge you to be on time for your photo session and request that if you find that you might be late, please contact us in advance to see if we are still be able to accommodate your booked session. Any scheduled appointment that might be missed by 10min or more will automatically be cancelled and you would need to make a new appointment.
